She is survived by: her children, Rodney Couch (Dianne) of Limestone Gap, OK and Valerie Couch of Limestone Gap, OK; her grandchildren, Clinton Couch (Amy) of Ashland, OK, Frank Howard of Limestone Gap, OK, Amanda Delt (Greg) of Howe, OK, Natasha Haley (Austin) of Wardville, OK, Shyra Nunley (Dalton) of Calvin, OK and Amber Vanderver (Isaac) of Ada, OK; her great grandchildren, Lane Couch, Keely Couch, Charllee Couch, Raelyn Delt, Kadynce Delt, Gracie Haley, Brooklyn Haley, Daxton Nunley, Tate Nunley, Jameson Vendever, Brox Vandever, Jentri Vendever, Callie Sills, Cech Helms and Creek Helms; her great great grandchild Raynee Sills; her sisters, Ann Marshall (George) of Latta, OK and Gayle Morgan (Shelby) of Roff, OK; and her niece Patti Davis.
