He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert James and Peggy June Hogan (Emmons). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lewis; his daughter Rachel Adams (John) of Fayetteville, AR; his granddaughter Alexis Adams of Fayetteville, AR; his siblings, Larry James Hogan (Connie) of Bentley, OK, Ricky Paul Hogan (Cindy) of Bentley, OK, Sarilea Combs of Atoka, OK, Rebecca Breeden (Kenneth) of Atoka, OK and Melissa Rogers (Moe) of Kingston, OK; and his aunt Leatha Emmons of Blanchard, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
