He is survived by: his mother Marsha Densmore; his wife Dana Stark (Bird); his stepdaughter Kassi McDaniel of Durant, OK; his children, Abigail, Paisley Stark of Durant, OK, Brittany Reyes of Tulsa, OK, Adam, Joesef and Robert Stark of Newalla, OK; and his siblings, Bradley Peters of Arkansas, Charles Chastain of Collinsville, OK, Sammie Maxey (Ron) of Durant, OK, Angela Grintals of Claremore, OK, Mischelle Elkins of Tulsa, OK and Jamie Casto (Albert) of Verdigris, OK. He is also survived by grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
