It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Lee Bush of Atoka, Oklahoma, born in Ennis, Texas, who passed away on February 2, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lee and Reba Mae Bush (Mooney); his wife Carolyn Bush (Tramel); his siblings, Helen Matous, Betty Morris (Bill), Maybelle Morris (Floyd), Nancy Scott (Jerry) and Kenneth Bush (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Clyde Williams, Willie Tramel (Lori), Ronald Jones, Samuel Tumey and Judith Tramel.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Wheeler (Cody) of Clayton, OK, Nita Nunley (Brian) of Lawton, OK and Becky Stenner (Rocky) of Clayton, OK; his grandchildren, Jacquie Pruit of Atoka, OK, Zach Wheeler (Sara) of Allen, OK, Andrew Pruit (Danielle) of Atoka, OK, Tuff Wheeler (Madison) of Nashoba, OK, Jessica Bryant of Lehigh, OK, Kathy Richardson of Antlers, OK, Brandy Bryant of Tushka, OK, Trisha Kay (Mandy Herrington) of Clayton, OK and Tamara Moreland (Dobber) of Nashoba, OK; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Idalie, Liam, Kaislee, Izabelle, Averlee, Elijah, Griffin, Ezekiel, Kopen, Haylee, Hayden, Tobias, Tristan, Dawson, Madden, Jayden and Ben; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Matous of Ennis, TX, George Tamel (Dori) of Eufaula, OK, Donna Jones of Antlers, OK and Roxana Tumey of McAlester, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Brown's Funeral Chapel-Atoka (718 W 13th St, Atoka, OK 74525).
