He is survived by: his siblings, Danny Betsey of Seneca, MO, Gloria Loftin (Jeff) of Atoka, OK, Darlene Connell (Don) of Seneca, MO, Diane Taylor (Gary) of Seneca, MO, Tina Betsey of Atoka, OK, Pamela Raymond of Alaska and Kennard Betsey of Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
