He is survived by: his wife Shirlene Yates (Smithart); his daughter Shirley Cole; his grandchildren, Isabella, Maddie and Little Tom; and his siblings, Nedra Sossamon (Bobby) of Georgetown, TX, Malinda Howry of New Mexico, Tim Yates of Paris, TX and Dwight Latham of Antlers, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
