He was predeceased by: his mother Panzy Evelyn Moore-Lafaver (Adams); and his brother Paul Moore of Atoka. He is survived by: his daughter Christy Raynay Holstine (Adams); his grandchild Kylee Rae Holstine; his wife Cynthia Blagg-Adams; his grandchildren, Kylee Ray Holstine and Logan Mack Holstine of Atoka; his siblings, Donald Adams (Dorothy) of Fulton, Arkansas, Odis Moore (Wanda) of Lehigh, Loyise Bishop (Glen) of Grove, Ernie Moore (LouAnn) of Checotah and James Moore of Checotah; and his cousin Ronnie Moore (Tammy) of Atoka.
