Worth, TX, Gary Don Cathey (Laurie) of Yukon, OK, Barbara Cathey-Johnson (Tim) of Canadian, OK and Ricky Allen Cathey (Michelle) of Fittstown, OK; his grandchildren, Shelby Cathey and Kimber Cathey of Bentley, OK; his aunts, Mettie Hawkins Croy (John) of Duncan, OK and Naomi Cathey of Ada, OK; his uncle Earl Cathey (Janie) of Idabel, OK; his stepmother Rita Cathey of Ada, OK; and his stepsiblings, David, Daryl and Tammie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
