He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Clay and Velma Clay (Hanson); his wife Linda Sue Clay (Pelts); his great grandchild Kayven Perry; and his sisters, Helen Shea, Katheryn Brookshire and Eva Jane Clay.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Smith (Jory) of Atoka, OK and Tommy Clay (Angela) of Mead, OK; his grandchildren, Matthew Clay (Patience) of Stringtown, OK, Shaina Smith of Atoka, OK, Michael Clay of Atoka, OK and Alaina Smith of Atoka, OK; his great grandchildren, Violet Smith, Jasper Smith and Knox Clay; and his siblings, Fred Clay, Wilda Folsom (Richard) of Duncan, OK and Calvin Clay (Nancy) of Sherman, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Brown's Funeral Chapel-Atoka (718 W 13th St, Atoka, OK 74525).
