He is survived by: his children, Tina Smith (Jory) of Atoka, OK and Tommy Clay (Angela) of Mead, OK; his grandchildren, Matthew Clay (Patience) of Stringtown, OK, Shaina Smith of Atoka, OK, Michael Clay of Atoka, OK and Alaina Smith of Atoka, OK; his great grandchildren, Violet Smith, Jasper Smith and Knox Clay; and his siblings, Fred Clay, Wilda Folsom (Richard) of Duncan, OK and Calvin Clay (Nancy) of Sherman, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
