He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Frazier (Hill); his daughter Irella Frazier; his granddaughter Izabella Frazier; his sons, Tommy Frazier of Oklahoma City, OK, David Frazier of Oklahoma City, OK, Heath Frazier of Oklahoma City, OK and Victor Frazier of Oklahoma City, OK; his sister Elizabeth Frazier of Atoka, OK; his stepchildren, Vivian Jackson of Atoka, OK, Teresa Pernell of Atoka, OK and Vincent Pernell of Atoka, OK; and his brother Jimmy Frazier of Atoka, OK. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Brown's Funeral Chapel-Atoka (718 W 13th St, Atoka, OK 74525).
