She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Andy and Maude Norrell (Young); her husband Earnest Cozart; her daughter Donna LeFlore; her siblings, Arlie (Gladys), Roy (Julia), Fred (Jeannie), Marvin Norrell, Dorthy (Emil) and Norma Jean (Melvin Brumley); her brother-in-law Frank Waltman; and her parents-in-law, Joe and Helen Cozart.

She is survived by: her daughter Ernestine; her son-in-law Bill Wilson of Atoka; her granddaughters, Michelle (Mike Johnson) of Gatesville, Mary Duncan of Sachse and Kristie Mayfield of Atoka; her great grandchildren, Ricky Fielder, David Fielder, Brandon Fielder, Tyler Duncan, Steven Mayfield and Gregory Mayfield; her great great grandchildren, Valerie Mayfield and Cheyenne Mayfield; her sister Peggy Waltman; and her sister-in-law Dora Norrell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
