He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walter Carl and Annie Kettler (Charlene); and his siblings, Charles and Sharron. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Charlene Hammond; his daughters, Sheila Merrell of Poteet and Brenda Kettler of Asher; his grandsons, Edward Kettler and Jason Kettler of Amarillo, Texas.; his sons, Edward and Jason; and his siblings, Carl Kettler and Lorene Malone. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren, and two siblings.
