He is survived by: his wife Eva Russell of Asher, Oklahoma; his siblings, Sissy Butler of Durant, Donna Boydstun of Durant, Oklahoma, Joe Russell of Oklahoma City and Johnny Crabtree of Wright City, Oklahoma; and his son Gary Olsen, Jr. of Atoka. He is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
