He is survived by: his children, Rick Willyard of Shattuck, OK and LeAnne Willyard of Shattuck, OK; and his sisters, Peggy Thomas of Arnett, OK, Brenda Callahan of Higgins, TX, Linda Pralle of Perryton, TX and Wanda Summers of Hurst, TX.
