She was predeceased by: her parents, Verdie Lu Kost (Zirkle) and Leon Kost; her sister Robin Campbell; her mother-in-law Emma Lee Stevens; and her sister-in-law Lisa Stevens.
She is survived by: her husband Lance Stevens; her daughters, Janetta Spurgeon of Canadian, TX and Krista Gaisford (Tyler); her grandchildren, Hadley and Kindrey of Arnett, OK.; her son Kyle Stevens (Kelsi); and her grandson Miles of Arnett, OK.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Shaw Funeral Home of Arnett Friday (111 Jenkins Ave, Arnett, OK 73832). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Arnett High School (103 Haskell Ave, Arnett, OK 73832).
