She is survived by: her husband Lance Stevens; her daughters, Janetta Spurgeon of Canadian, TX and Krista Gaisford (Tyler); her grandchildren, Hadley and Kindrey of Arnett, OK.; her son Kyle Stevens (Kelsi); and her grandson Miles of Arnett, OK.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
