He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Chloe Mittendorf, Harvey Wade and Josephine Eiler (West). He is survived by: his parents, John Mittendorf (Emily Mittendorf) and Betty Mittendorf (Wade); his siblings, Vickie (R. L. Lashley), Carla James of Indiana and Tony Mittendorf of Indiana; his stepsiblings, Kelly Cornejo of Woodward, OK and Michael (Janice Choate) of Enid, OK.; and his daughters, Mickey (Colton Green) and Jackie Mittendorf of Ponca City, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
