He is survived by: his spouse Ida Fae Coykandall; his children, James Meininger of Higgins, TX, Melessa Cash of Arnett and Joseph Meininger (Stephanie) of Arnett; his nephew Christopher Johnson (Sofia) of Tulsa, OK; his siblings, Harold Johnson of Gage, OK, Carrie Ann Johnson of Gage, OK and Tricia Johnson of Woodward, OK; his grandchildren, Colton Protz (Kristen, Marshal Meininger), Caleb Meininger, Trevor McKnight, Andrea Holmes, Katie Meininger, Laci Meininger, Joshua Brawner, Cody Brawner, Stetson Brawner and Tyler Meininger; and his great grandchildren, Avalina Barnett, Alexia Larkey and Everly Protz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews extended family and a host of friends.
