He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil R. Jackson and Thelma L. Jackson (Black); and his sisters, Betty Ralls and Linda Fox. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Smedley and Peggy Jackson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
