He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Carlile and Shirley Carlile; his brothers, Terrell and Jerry Carlile; his sons, Trinity and Thomas Carlile; and his nephew Brian Carlile.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his daughters, Tessie Carlile of Arkoma, Tearany Carlile of Fort Smith and Maddie Carlile of Arkoma; his siblings, Sharon Turner of Greenwood and Larry Carlile; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Apprentice Henry of Arkoma, Aryanna and Aryan Harrison of Arkoma.
