He was predeceased by: his wife Rosie. He is survived by: his children, Mandy Rhea of Arkoma, Tracy Birth of Roland, Merle Birth of Muldrow, Leroy Birth of Muldrow, Matthew Birth of Roland, Noah Rhea of Muldrow and Vernon Birth of Muldrow; and his sisters, Paula and Alice.
