He is survived by: his children, LaDonna Mendenhall of Fort Smith, AR., Linda Bentley of Arkoma, OK., Kathy Diemert of Sallisaw, OK., Tina Thompson of Monroe, OK., Rosemary Pham of Bentonville, AR. and John David Bentley of Poteau, OK.; and his siblings, Peggy Davis of Van Buren, AR., Alta Jackson of Van Buren, AR., Leon Bentley of Arkansas and Bobby Bentley of Mountainburg, AR.. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
