She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Clark and Lottie Clark; her granddaughter Erica Ladd; her great grandchild Camden Ladd; her brothers, Billy Clark and Troy Clark; and her nephew River Cusick.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Eacret (Tommy), Doyal Akers (Debbie), Troy Thomas (Charity), Stephen Thomas (Anita) and Billy Thomas (Becky Johnson); her grandchildren, Taylor Cox (Stephanie), Alexis Brooks, Chase Ladd (Janet), Felicia Eacret, Jaden Thomas, Christopher Thomas, Ranger Thomas, Josie Thomas, Stephanie Thomas, Cassandra Thomas and Amber Johnson; her great grandchildren, James, Ryker, Case, Callea, Hagen, Ava, Emma, Sophia, Wyatt, Martin, Michael, Faith and Haydin; her brother John Clark; and her sister-in-law Jan Clark. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends.
