He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leroy and Mary Elizabeth Hyatt (Brill); and his siblings, Mary Lou Alexander, Patricia Jean Felkins, Glen Brill, Eugene Hyatt, Robert Hyatt and Dick Kimbrough.
He is survived by: his wife Vesta Lou Hyatt; his children, Cynthia Cooper (A. C.) of Hackett, Arkansas., Jack Hyatt (Helen), Rick Hyatt of Fort Smith and Billy Hyatt (Kathy) of Muldrow; his grandchildren, Christy Terry (David), Jeremie Thornburg (Kelly), Tammy Deshazo, Jennifer Cochran, Melinda Hyatt, James Thornburg, Tausha Hyatt, Tiffany Mitchell (Dustin), Brian Hyatt (Lauren) and K. C. Hyatt; and his great great grandchild Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
