She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert "Pat" Murphy and Emma Murphy (Gardner); her husband Jack Underwood; her daughters, Patricia Underwood and Jo Linda Underwood Dudley; her grandson JC Underwood; her son-in-law Joe Woulfe; and her siblings, Mina, Bessie, Noel, Wayne, Pete and Ray.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Underwood Woulfe and Casey Underwood (Maxine); her grandchildren, Jennifer Woulfe, Kendra Woulfe, Ian Bailey, Eli Moore, Jade Buchanan, Brad, Brandy Milligan, Sean Underwood, Kara Cardinalle, Samantha Flanigan, David, Jonathan Ashley, Summer and Geoffrey Ashley; and her caregiver Terry Gordon. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
