He is survived by: his children, Jaclyn Burkhart (Eric) and Jeremy Rainer (Drew); and his grandchildren, Taygen, Cooper, Kimber Burkhart, Jacob, Katelyn and Madison Rainer. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
