He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Smith and Edith Mae Windham (Dykes); his stepfather Leddrew Windham; his brothers, Sidney Moulds and Curtis Windham; and his close friend Jerry Eubanks.
He is survived by: his wife Dewana Smith; his children, Teddy Ray, Jody Shannon and Cody Riemann Smith; his grandchildren, Tiffany Kay (Taylor Smith), Jayden Ray Smith, Tyler Joe Smith, Andrew B. Smith (Andy), Olivia Hale and Jacob Williams; his great grandchild Pheobe Pool; and his siblings, Bobby Moulds, Randy Smith, Leddrew Windham Jr. (Rose), Joe Windham, Sue Valdez (Art), Murtis Windham and Mary Dewolfe (Jeff).
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hillcrest Funeral Home (1610 C St, Ardmore, OK 73401). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (1604 C St SE, Ardmore, OK 73401).
