It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Maxine Osuna of Ardmore, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Rita's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Rita has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hugh Allen and Ruth Allen (Gunsolus); and her brothers, Don L. Allen, Elzie Eugene Sharp and Jesse Glenn Sharp.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris Osuna (Brittany), Michael Osuna, John Speck and Glenn Speck (Melissa); and her sisters, Donna Allison and Leveta Reed. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home (2118 S Commerce St, Ardmore, OK 73401). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Harvey-Douglas Centennial Chapel (2118 S Commerce St, Ardmore, OK 73401).
