We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2024, at the age of 70, Rebecca Ann Collins in Ardmore, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Palmer and Millie Palmer (Phillips); her husband Jackie Collins; her daughter Melanie French; and her siblings, John Palmer, Jimmy Palmer, Raymond Palmer, Jr., David Palmer, Norma Higginbotham and Glenda Linderman.
She is survived by : her children, Stacy Palmer (Kenneth Toles), Conan Collins and Triton Collins; and her siblings, Lahoma Lowe and Winston Palmer. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and fourteen great-great-grandchildren.
