He was predeceased by: his parents, E. W. Scott and Gladys Mae Scott. He is survived by: his wife Karen Scott; his sister Brenda Eatmon (David Eatmon) of Edmond; his daughter Debbie Elles of Marietta; his grandchildren, Bobby, Billy, Katie and Hunter; and his children, Ray Scott (Jason Vongsay) of Dallas, Bill Scott of Dickson, Austin, Dylan and Madison.
