He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary E. Carter (Nalley) and Randall K. Batterton; and his wife Cherri Watha Batterton (Stidham). He is survived by: his children, Joshua Vinson (Kristen Stidham) of Davis and Ashleah Ake of Davis; his stepmother Julie Batterton; and his siblings, Walter Batterton, Shawn Batterton, Mary K Rawls and Sheila Batterton. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
