He is survived by: his mother Velma Lerma (Leasure); his daughters, Amanda Velez-Noble, Samantha Figueroa (Jessie) and Tabatha Page (Steve); and his stepson Dustin Dew (Jennifer). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
