She is survived by: her husband Haskell Jack; and her children, Cynthia Dianne Kuper (Jeff), Vicki Lynne Seidl (Fred), Laura Lee Hughes (Tom), Susan Camille Jack (Sydney Ham), Patricia Beth Barr (David) and Christopher Martin Jack. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
