She is survived by: her children, Blane Fore and Jane Marie Fore; her granddaughter Addie Talane Wallace (Christian) of Addie's Wowo; her daughter-in-law Tammy; her nieces, Paula Jane and Pamela Elaine; her nephew Bill Michael; and her sister-in-law Ann Rothrock.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Celebrate Recovery Group at the First Methodist Church of Ardmore or to the Springer Methodist Church.
