She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill L. Proctor and Constance Proctor (Taylor); and her husband Tom Downing. She is survived by: her daughter Becky Friend (Rocky); her grandchildren, Taylor and Owen Friend of Edmond, Okla.; and her brothers, Bill (Lois Proctor) of Ardmore and Steve Proctor.
