She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Palmer and Millie Palmer (Phillips); her daughter Toni Rae-Ann Higginbotham; her grandson Prince Ray Higginbotham; her granddaughter-in-law Savannah Higginbotham; and her siblings, Glenda "JoAnn" Linderman, Raymond Palmer, Jr., Jimmy "Buffalo" Palmer, John Adam Palmer and David Glenn Palmer.
She is survived by: her husband Tony Dean Higginbotham; her sons, Jonathan "Binky" Higginbotham (Lea) of Lebanon, Okla and Cecil Browning Higginbotham II (Jill) of Richardson, Texas.; her grandchildren, Cecil III, Courtney, Candice, Amber, Bethany, Jonathan Jr., Faith, Joe, Victor, Lacey and Eric; her great grandchildren, Jaslynn, Victor, Nevaeh, Brandon Jr., Izayha, Hunter, Tony Dean II, Ricklynn, Raylynn, Levi Jr., Sarenity and Ezekel; and her siblings, Rebecca Collins, Lahoma Jean Palmer-Lowe, Winston Isaac Palmer and James Lynn Palmer. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
