He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Alvarez DeLos Santos (Aaron) of Ardmore; his grandchildren, Marissa Alvarez of Ardmore Okla, Madalyne Alvarez of Ardmore Okla and Aaron Alvarez of Ardmore Okla; his sister Ruth Carlson; and his pet Shadow.
