She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Manuel Sr. and Minnie Manuel (Riggs); her husband Monroe Albert Cosey; and her brothers, James Manuel, Fred Manuel and Eugene Manuel, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Henri Cosey (Beverly) of Houston, Texas and Stacey Rankin of Omaha; her grandchildren, Danyelle Rankin, JaMia Cody, Marcus Cody, Pierre Corner, Paris Corner and Golden Corner; her great grandchildren, Jaylah Stubblefield, Zyon Franklin, Evelyn Cody and Cayden Cody; her brother Floyd Manuel Jr. of Ardmore; and her daughter Celicia Fuller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews, and other extended family.
