He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Watkins and Bliss Watkins (McCullough); his wife Beverly Anne Schurman; his children, Shannon Holmes (Ed) of Decatur, Brooke Ross (Carter) of Aledo and Tanner Watkins (Courtney) of Ardmore, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Hailey Bliss Holmes, Holden Wesley Holmes, Carlisle Brooke Ross, Luke Everett Ross, Adeline Carter Ross, Weston Campbell Watkins and Mary Anne Elizabeth Watkins.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Ardmore OK or the Ardmore Beautification Council.
