With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lajauana Gail Milam in Ardmore, Oklahoma, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on September 18, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Wilkerson and Edna V. Wilkerson (Brown); her daughter Lynnetta Houston; her sister Linda Barnes; and her former husband Lynn Houston.

She is survived by: her husband Phil Milam of Ardmore, OK; her children, Ladonna McQuistion (Wayne) of Ardmore, OK and Chris Houston (Daryl) of Stigler, OK.; her siblings, Billy Jack Wilkerson (Cindy Akard) and Karen Ivey of Wister, OK.; and her grandchildren, Preston Hooks, Trista Houston, Madalynn "Maddie" Houston, Cambrie Houston, Cooper Houston, Chazedyn "Chito" Houston, Jimmy McQuistion and Conner McQuistion.

Losing her courageous battle to Parkinson's Disease and Metastatic Breast Cancer.
