He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Edmund Shultz and Rosemary Shultz (Nass) of Virginia; and his brother Kenny Shultz. He is survived by: his siblings, Sarah Jane Dishman and Stephen Shutlz (Nancy); his nieces, Emily and Carrie; and his nephew Steve.
