He was predeceased by: his parents, Manley Allgood, Jr. and Lavada Hulsey Allgood; his daughter Pamela Gayle Castellon; and his siblings, Manley "Junior", Donnie Wayne Allgood, Geneva Lavada Blackmon and Joyce Lavern Merrill.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Mayes; his daughter Rhonda Hobson (Ronald); his grandchildren, Carin Jean, Eristina McGlocklin (Cimmaron), Laura Pender (Cooter), Joseph Hobson (Tiffany) and Juan Salazar; his great grandchildren, Juan Carlos Salazar, Salvador Martinez, Benito Castellon, Elia Martin (Shawn), Jaykob, Waylon McGlocklin, Braylee, Braydyn and Braydee Hobson; his grandsons, Madi and Jace Elmore; and his great great grandchild Viviana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
