It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Phillips of Ardmore, Oklahoma, born in Wilson, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Phillips and Lillie Bernice McGaughy Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his sons, Jerold Phillips (Cleta) and Lee Wayne Phillips (Jorge Soto); his sister Sharon Patton; and his grandchildren, Jeromy and Courtney Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
