He is survived by: his wife Anelle Ballew Arnold; his sister Linda Ramos; his sons, Ralph Arnold (Edna) and William Arnold (Tami); his stepchildren, Janet, Sandy, Roxanne, Bill, David, Diane and Cathy; and also Chrystal. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; he shares many grandkids and great grandkids.
