He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Smith and Ester Smith (Peterson); his wife Charlotte Elaine Smith; his sons, George Myron Smith, Jr., James Michael Smith and Kirk Smith; and his great grandchild Caliber Smith.
He is survived by: his daughter Janet Sharp Campell (Randy); his grandchildren, Jake Smith and Natalie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Chelsea Jobe, Cainan Smith, Bryson Sharp, Ella Smith, Christian Smith, Abigail Smith and Rylee Smith.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Craddock Funeral Home (525 S Commerce St, Ardmore, OK 73401). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Craddock Memorial Chapel (525 S Commerce St, Ardmore, OK 73401). A burial was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Seaman First Class Billy Turner Veterans Cemetery (1555 Myall St, Ardmore, OK 73401).
