He was predeceased by: his son Ronnie Wright; his brother Estel Brown; and his grandson Markeese Ervin. He is survived by: his children, Bo Brown (Katie), Eugene Brown III (Tara), April Brown and Veronica Brown-Morris (Dennis); and his siblings, Christopher Elam (Dawn), Velora McDonald, Nila Elam, Carolyn Cheadle and Linda Williams (Bruce). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
