She is survived by: her daughter Penny Phelps Elliott (Greg); her siblings, Larry Holbrook (Lois), Reatha Bass (Mark), LeeAnn Rutledge (Rodney), Marlean Dunn and Wally Hollbrook; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Phelps and Joe Phelps; her daughter Cece Weaver (Ron); her grandchildren, Jordan Elliott, Destinee Elliott, Alivia Elliott, Ronnie and Monica Weaver; her nieces and nephews, Kane Bass, Jon Holbrook, Danny Holbrook, Danny Phillips, Anissa Morrow, Winter Bass Pickens, Hayley Holbrook, Sheila Needham, Lavonda Pinnick, Elizabeth Stidham and Sheila Harris; her great-niece Miley Bass; and her great-nephew Hudson Bass.
