He is survived by: his wife Lorna Johnson; his children, Kay Johnson of McKinney, Krista Rogers (Michael) of Flower Mound, Texas and Kurtis Johnson of Oklahoma City; his siblings, Harold Johnson (Audrienne), Larry Johnson, Joyce Cook and Jolene Todd (David); and his grandsons, Derek Rogers and Daniel Rogers of Denton.
