He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Francis Smith; and his brother Daniel Steven Rice. He is survived by: his father Roger David Rice of Ardmore; his siblings, Susan Cassity of Baltimore, Shirley Freeman (Bobby) of Ardmore and Tommy Rice of Ardmore; and his aunt Gail B. Jeffrey of Ardmore.
