She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Fay Hembree (Pursely) and William Walker Hembree; and her sister-in-law Ladonua Hembree. She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Blasius; her grandchildren, Brittany Westergren, Savana Bogue and Madison Bogue; and her siblings, Linda Keller (Rick), William Hembree and Dannie Hembree (Mary). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
