She was predeceased by: her parents, Lovell Rausin and Winnie Jean "Latham" Rausin; and her siblings, Mary Baucom, Butch Jones and Lois Gibson.
She is survived by: her husband Carlen Wilkes; and her daughter Carla Wilkins (Roger). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews she loved.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home (2118 S Commerce St, Ardmore, OK 73401). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church. In 2021 Cheryl came down with COVID and her health didn't allow her to work anymore.
